OUR ORIGINS

Xing Fu Tang (幸福堂), pronounced shing foo tahng,  directly translates to a “A Happy Place”. We’re a premium beverage chain originating from Taiwan known for crafting the finest handmade brown sugar boba using time-honored craftsmanship.

Our mission is simple: to deliver a blissful, authentic, and artisanal Taiwanese bubble tea experience, without compromise.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We take pride in our craftsmanship and transparent sourcing, using only ingredients we are proud to serve. All our beverages are made from fresh local produce, organic whole milk, and premium ingredients imported from Taiwan, never using any artificial syrups or preservatives. Every boba pearl is hand-rolled and wok-cooked in small batches, served warm and fresh every hour for the perfect chewy texture. Our open kitchen concepts invites guests to be part of this process firsthand.

Our Heritage

We honor our Taiwanese roots with time honored slow cooking techniques. Unlike fleeting fads, we stay true to our roots. From reviving the lost boba-making techniques from the 1980s to exploring the newest flavors, we’re dedicated to bringing you exceptional drinks without compromise.

We make every cup our Gold Standard, never settling for any less.
